Hi - I’m Marissa. A recovering work-a-holic finding her way through a rapidly changing world. Breathwork + moments of respite, stillness and solitude have been my saving grace on this journey of life, work & motherhood. And now I want to help others create more space for slowness and connection in their lives so you can elevate and create a life + purpose you truly love.

I this 60-minute session, we’ll use the breath to help you connect on a deeper level with your inner truth - this includes post-session coaching to integrate what you learn during breathwork into meaningful action in your life.
